Desde niña comencé a tener una fuerte inclinación hacia el dibujo, más tarde, en el Instituto Regional de Bellas Artes en Cuernavaca (actualmente, Centro Morelense de las Artes), la inclinación se convirtió en una hermosa oportunidad de descubrir y aprender, la técnica de la pintura en acuarela.


De manera autodidacta y complementaria, he descubierto en el óleo y diversas técnicas de dibujo y pintura, posibilidades infinitas para imprimir en un lienzo tan incoloro como vacío, toda una gama de sentimientos y emociones, capaces de abrazar y de envolver, capaces de transmitir mundos imaginarios y mundos reales. Cuando pinto, mi entorno completo se transforma en el Génesis de mi vida, en la esencia más fiel de mi ser y mi sentir, cuando pinto no soy yo, son unas manos guiadas por el amor, la belleza, la simplicidad de lo desapercibido; unas manos que a veces pintan voces y en ocasiones gritos, que solo pueden ser escuchados a través de los ojos…
